You only need to attend one of these training meetings located at RunnersWorld Tulsa (44th & Peoria)

Tuesdays: at 68th & Riverside Dr. 5:30 P.M.
Thursdays: at RunnersWorld Tulsa 44th & Peoria 5:30P.M.
Saturdays: at Veterans Park (21st & Boulder). 5:45 A.M. or 6:45am **
Sundays: at Turkey Mtn. Parking lot at 8 A.M. for Trail Running.

Wednesday - If it's Wednesday we're most likely running 6 miles at 6pm
Saturday - Start time for now is 6:30am. Weekly long run. Most are training for a spring marathon so they will be getting up to 20+ miles in the coming weeks. Feel free to join. You might want to call the store to verify what time we're running.97th & Riverside. Call 918-494-8800 for more info.
